How to Cook a Pork Loin in the Air Fryer

What You’ll Need

To make this delicious pork loin in your air fryer, you’ll need:

  • 1 pound pork loin
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

To get started, preheat your air fryer to 375°F.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and all of the spices. Mix together until combined.

Rinse off the pork loin and pat dry with paper towels. Place the pork loin in a large bowl. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork loin, making sure it is evenly coated.

Place the pork loin in the preheated air fryer and cook for 20 minutes. Flip the pork loin over and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Once the pork loin is cooked through, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve with your favorite sides.

Tips

If you want to add some extra flavor, you can add some fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme to the top of the pork loin before cooking.

You can also try different spices or make a dry rub to use instead of the olive oil and spices listed in the recipe.
