How to Cook a Pork Tenderloin in the Air Fryer
What You Will Need
To cook a pork tenderloin in the air fryer, you will need an air fryer, a pork tenderloin, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and any other spices or herbs that you would like to use.
Prepping the Pork Tenderloin
Begin by trimming any fat off of the pork tenderloin and drying it off with a paper towel. Rub a bit of olive oil onto the tenderloin and season it liberally with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Once the pork tenderloin is coated with the oil and seasonings, set it aside.
Cooking the Pork Tenderloin in the Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 390°F. Once the air fryer is preheated, place the pork tenderloin inside and cook for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn the tenderloin over and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Checking the Pork Tenderloin’s Temperature
After the pork tenderloin has cooked for 25 minutes, check the internal temperature. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the pork tenderloin. The pork tenderloin is cooked when the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Serving the Pork Tenderloin
Once the pork tenderloin has reached the desired internal temperature, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
