How to Cook Boneless Pork Chops in the Air Fryer

What You Need

To make delicious and juicy boneless pork chops in the air fryer, you will need the following items:

  • Boneless pork chops
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Olive oil
  • Air fryer

Prep Work

Before you begin cooking, you need to do some prep work. First, you will want to season your pork chops. Take a plate and add some salt, pepper, and garlic powder to it. Then, use a spoon or your hands to mix the seasonings together. Once the seasonings are mixed, take the pork chops and coat them in the seasoning mix. Make sure they are evenly coated.

Cooking the Pork Chops

Once the pork chops are seasoned, it’s time to cook them. Take the air fryer and preheat it to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. While the air fryer is preheating, take a bowl and add some olive oil to it. Then, take the pork chops and place them in the bowl. Using a spoon, coat the pork chops with the olive oil. Once they are coated, place them in the air fryer.

Cook Time and Temperature

The cook time and temperature will depend on the size and thickness of the pork chops. Generally, you will want to cook the pork chops for 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. After 8-10 minutes, take a thermometer and check the temperature of the pork chops. They should be 145 degrees Fahrenheit for the center to be cooked and safe to consume.

Serving the Pork Chops

Once the pork chops are cooked, it is time to serve them. Take the pork chops out of the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes. Then, serve them with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
