How to Set Auto Brew on Gevalia Coffee Maker
Pour in Water and Coffee Grounds
The first step to setting auto brew on your Gevalia coffee maker is to pour the desired amount of water into the water reservoir. The machine should have measurements written on the side to help guide you. After the water is in the reservoir, you will need to measure out the desired amount of coffee grounds and add them to the filter. Be sure to use the paper filter the machine comes with for optimal results.
Set the Timer
Once the water and coffee grounds have been added, it’s time to set the timer. On the front of the machine, you will find a digital display with a timer button. Press the timer button and set the desired time for the auto brew to start. This is the time of day that your coffee will begin to brew. It is best to set the timer for about 15-20 minutes before the time you would like your coffee to be ready.
Turn on the Machine
After the timer has been set, you must turn on the machine. On the front of the machine, there is a power button. Press the power button and the machine will begin to heat up. Once the machine has heated up, the auto brew timer will start and the coffee will begin to brew.
Wait for the Coffee to Finish Brewing
Now all you need to do is wait for the coffee to finish brewing. The machine will beep when the coffee is ready, indicating that it is finished. You can now turn off the machine, remove the carafe, and enjoy your freshly brewed coffee.
Tips for Optimal Results
It is important to use fresh, quality coffee beans for the best results. Be sure to clean your Gevalia coffee maker regularly to ensure optimal performance. If you are having trouble with your machine, refer to the manual or contact customer support for assistance.
